Cycle Oregon Weekend Bike Camp

Ellis just finished a 43 mile bike ride in the Yamhill wine country of Oregon. We are staying on the grounds of Linfield College where her great-grandfather went to school!
The temperatures soared to 96 degrees in the afternoon, but we beat the heat by finishing our ride by two o'clock and played at the nearby Evergreen Waterpark and Aviation Museum. We peaked at the Spruce Goose but really just played in the water slides. They start in the belly of an old 747 65' up in the air. No kidding!
Ellis did great on her longest ride of her life and we are riding a shorter distance tomorrow before she heads off to Camp Korrey on Monday.
