Nov. 2 - Technical Issues

Sorry, I've written several posts in the last few days, but the app we're using is crashing on iOS5 and they've gone into cyberspace. Too tired to redo.
To keep everyone updated, Ellis was due to get out on the 31st, but that didn't work as her liver didn't cooperate - maybe it was scared of all the candy. Went back to ICU for a re-up on the Milrinone and have been trying to get the liver discomfort under control. Doing some Lasix pushes to help get rid of excess fluids.
Ellis is pretty miserable, but I chatted with her around 3:30p and she was doing OK.
Hopefully she'll get back to the medical floor on Thursday AM and then home for some TLC, R&R, Jenna time and some QUIET sleeping.
Keep our little trooper in your thoughts - it's getting tiresome to be poked, prodded and pressed all day long.
