Rocktober 6

After many nights with the lovely folks in the ICU this program has moved to the Giraffe wing. It's expansive views of the construction project, the UW and less intense care will be great. Hopefully the two gals can sleep well. Ellis and dad FaceTimed twice today and she got to watch dad send an email and put a barcode on a KHS Kindle. Wears me out just thinking about it!
The exciting news was Team Needham visited and played games and chatted. Ellis loved that! Her friend Lexie even posed with one of the lobby's giraffes.





Mom visited with a social worker today and discussed lots of things. Ellis and Shea got to visit with a sixteen year old transplant recipient who was just being released from the hospital! That's where we are going to be soon.
Dad is stopping by to meet with Dr. Yuk Law, Ellis' cardiologist and our team leader, tomorrow for a consult. Mom might not let Ian stay as the Kman was a bit ill this week.
The Kman has homecoming tomorrow where he and Abby are going with a gang of friends to Seattle for dinner!
