Rocktober 3 - ICU Day 3

Ellis had another long night in the ICU (hospitals ain't for sleeping), but was able to get a few hours of shut eye. She lounged around today and read your emails! Probably kinda bored with sitting around, but she's maintaining pretty good spirits and is on track to move to the floor tomorrow around noon. She'll get to walk Stewart, her IV tree, over to the Giraffe wing of the hospital where it'll be a little less hectic, we hope.
A dentist visited to check on immune system issues as we move ahead with transplant qualification steps. Everything tooth-wise looked good.

She is happy everyone is wishing her well, but probably a little freaked out about all the attention and dad writing a blog about her activities. She FaceTimed with Kieran, dad and the dogs a few minutes ago and got the lowdown on the excitement here on BI! Oh, there wasn't any. We all miss her music, smiles and energy here @ home. She has a harp-like instrument that she plays at the hospital bed and it's beautiful; creates a nice zen-like atmosphere
If you have ideas for movies that Ellis MUST watch on her iPad, please send them her way. She watched some episodes of Psych and likes it.
Gonna watch for the big Apple announcements tomorrow as Momma needs a new iPhone!
